Reporting And Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and generate final reports according to client and Company specifications and deadlines; this should include grammatical and spelling review to ensure the final report meets professional standards at all times.
  • Follow up with clients and technicians regarding reports and the status of reviews including missing data and corrections.
  • Develop a tracking system to ensure reports are reviewed and submitted within the correct deadlines; issue document revisions in a controlled manner.
  • Organize and archive all electronic data, records, and reports ensuring a complete and accurate recordkeeping at all times.
  • Lead and administrate the technician onboard process including but not limited to the following:
    • New hire/rehire paperwork including electronic paperwork is completed, reviewed, and accurate.
    • Coordinate with the Safety Department to ensure all safety training and required drug, alcohol, and physical tests are completed during the onboard process.
    • Coordinate with the Radiation Safety Department to ensure all radiation safety processes and requirements are met during the onboard process.
    • Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure all required exams and processes are met during the onboard process.
    • Coordinate with other departments such as Payroll, Human Resources, Equipment to ensure policies and procedures are reviewed, and correct equipment/PPE is assigned during onboard.
    • Ensure onboarding process is followed and complete before the technician is released for field work.
  • Provide communication to Operational Staff on status of onboard.
  • Provide communication to Operations Management on reporting status.
  • Assist with the organization of direct personnel records and files ensuring confidentiality and compliance with record keeping requirements.
  • Provide back up support to operations for job number initiation, customer entry requirements, paperwork validation.
  • Provide back up support for Company Applicant Tracking System.
  • Work together with the Operational Human Resources Generalist to recommend best practices and improvements in the ATS and onboarding process.
  • Follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures at all times.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and promote a positive customer service attitude internally and externally
  • Enforce and abide the requirements of safe operation and personal safety using required Personal Protective Equipment and Safe Practices per company policy
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
