Seeking a Production Control Supervisor MAPCS
Our Client Company is a world-class supplier of automotive air conditioning compressors, conveniently located between Ann Arbor and Battle Creek, MI. Please submit your updated resume if you believe you may have the qualifications and experience I am seeking to fulfill their Production Control Supervisor position in Parma, Michigan. The annual salary is dependent upon experience.
The Production Control Supervisor assumes oversight of the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas. He or she develops, reviews, and summarizes department policy to support company policy, and spearheads biannual performance appraisals and G&Os.
Requirements:
(Note: Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered.)
Four-year Supply Chain or Logistics degree (preferred, but not required)
Five years previous logistics experience and 2 years, minimum, experience in a leadership role
Warehousing or shipping/receiving background
Familiarity with AIAG standards, packaging management systems and D.O.T. guidelines
Strong management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office, MAPICS and AS/400
