We are filling positions in these departments as they become available:
Assembly Quality inspection Machine operator Production control Janitorial Die Cast Schedule:
- BLUE SHIFT (DAYS)- $16.
00 Working up to 10.
5 hours per day Monday - Friday pending OT for weekend Benefits ONCE hired into MACI:
Significant wage increase - $18.
50/hour days, with annual reviews after 401k including company match Excellent health care coverage with minimal out of pocket cost (family included) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off On the job training, including potential for leadership growth Qualifications and Requirements:
Basic reading skills.
Must be able to follow directions Basic computer navigation and utilization skills Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea High attention to detail and self-motivation skills Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Pass a drug screen Pass a background check Physical demands and abilities may include:
